HAMDEN, Conn. — The No. 13/14 Quinnipiac men's ice hockey program is three points away from its fifth consecutive Cleary Cup and will look to secure that this weekend as it heads to the North Country for its annual series at Clarkson and St. Lawrence.

CLEARY CHASING
- The ECAC's regular season comes down to the final weekend, as Quinnipiac currently holds a four-point advantage over Clarkson to determine who will hoist the Cleary Cup and earn the regular season title.
- The Bobcats can clinch the outright crown with three points on the weekend and will have at least a share as long as they record a two-point weekend.
- Clarkson is the only other team that can chase them down and will need results that are four points greater than Quinnipiac on the weekend.
JIMINY RICKETTS
- Grad student Jack Ricketts has scored 15 goals in the 17 games since the holiday break, tied for the most by any skater in the country.
- This is powered by a pair of hat tricks since then, scoring four against AIC on Dec. 29 and three against Dartmouth on Jan. 31. His 19 on the season are the most on the team and second in the ECAC.
SHARING IS CARING
- Sophomore Mason Marcellus is already on a career pace in assists this season, dishing 24 in his first 32 games of the year, one better than his output last season.
- He also sits first in the ECAC and tenth in the country in assists per game and currently is three helpers outside of the top 20 in program history for assists in a single season.
POWERFUL PLAYS
- The Bobcat Power Play has been firing on all cylinders this season, currently converting on a 32.2 percent clip, the best in the nation after a fiery weekend at Union and RPI.
- This would best the Bobcats' previous high of 28.7 percent that they achieved in 2002-03 and is currently a 10.0 percent improvement on the 2023-24 campaign.
- Quinnipiac went 7-for-12 on the latest road weekend in which they scored five man-advantage goals on Friday night at Union.
STREAK SIGHTING
- Multiple Bobcats enter the final weekend of the season on scoring streaks as they round into form with the postseason in sight.
- Ricketts comes into the series on a seven-game point streak, accumulating 12 over that span, while Tyler Borgula has recorded a point in six consecutive contests.
- Andon Cerbone, Jeremy Wilmer and Travis Treloar all are on four-game stretches with a point in each contest.
