As a Junior: Member of the 2014 MAACAll-Academic Team ... Knocked in two runs while stealing threebases and walking nine times ... Scored 11 runs on the season whileappearing in 46 games for the Bobcats. On March 14th Cyr's RBI buntsingle started the Bobcats offense in the second inning of a 5-2win over Wagner. Cyr would come around to score to give Quinnipiacsome early insurance in the game. On April 3rd against ConnecticutCyr's single to right field began knocked in the firstrun of a four run seventh inning where the Bobcats would come frombehind with a walkoff with the victory 11-10.
As a Sophomore: Appeared in 45 out of 52 gamesin 2013 for Quinnipiac…Hit .233 (24-for-103) with 19 runsscored, one triple, four RBI, two walks and six stolen bases whichtied for second-best on the team…Also tallied five sacrificehits which tied for fourth-most on the Bobcats…Firstappeared on Mar. 1 and tallied a single and run scored againstIll.-Chicago…Knocked home one of her four RBIs on the yearagainst Loyola Marymount on Mar. 2…Started a four-gamehitting streak with a 1-for-4 day with a run scored againstUT-Chattanooga on Mar. 13…Singled home two runs againstMaine on Mar. 15…Started her best four-game stretch of theseason on Apr. 6 against LIU Brooklyn with a 2-for-4 game includingone triple…Also went 2-for-4 against Mount St. Mary’son Apr. 7 with one run and one stolen base…Singled, scoredand stole a base in game two of the doubleheader against Mount St.Mary’s on Apr. 7…Finished the stretch with a 2-for-3game in addition to two runs scored against Fairfield on Apr.10…Finished the Harvard doubleheader on Apr. 18 going3-for-6 with one run scored…Also tallied three hits in atwo-game set against Bryant on Apr. 27 going 3-for-6 with a runscored…Scored a run on May 4 against Robert Morris.
As a Freshman: Appeared in 20 games for theBobcats including six starts, all from the right fieldposition…Finished the season with six runs scored, twostolen bases, one hit and one RBI…Went 1-for-4 against SaintPeter’s on Feb. 25 to record her first career hit includingone RBI and one stolen base…Scored a run on March 25 againstMonmouth…Scored a run and stole a base in a doubleheaderagainst LIU Brooklyn on April 6…Scored a run on April 15against Fairleigh Dickinson…Scored a run in the NECChampionship on May 12 against LIU Brooklyn.
Before Quinnipiac: Attended Southington HighSchool, where she played varsity softball all four years…Wasa three-time CCC West Conference Champion between2009-11…Made two appearances in the Class LL StateQuarterfinals in 2009 and 2010…Was named CCC WestAll-Conference as a senior…Also, played for the ConnecticutCharmers.
