NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Six different Bobcats scored in total, but Quinnipiac women's lacrosse dropped a non-conference contest on Wednesday evening at Yale – falling by the final score of 18-7 at a snowy Reese Stadium.

- Megan Szawlowski led the way with two goals and one assist for the Bobcats. She scored once in the first half and once in the second. Szawlowski has now scored at least two goals in all three Quinnipiac games this season, and seven total in 2019.
- Allison Kuhn added a goal and two assists of her own. She now has 11 goals and three assists for 14 points in 2019.
- Freshman Gabby Beckett tallied one score and one helper, giving her two goals and two assists so far this season.
- Sophie Spencer, Maddie Deegan and Ashley Bobinski all scored – giving Quinnipiac six total goal scorers for the night.
- Yale recorded 28 shots to the Bobcats 18, and led 15-12 in draw controls.
- The Bulldogs picked up 16 ground balls compared to Quinnipiac 10.
- Allie Kelsey made four saves in 29+ minutes in goal, then Sami Walters made three saves in 29+ minutes of her own.
- Quinnipiac committed 20 fouls to Yale's 14.
- The Bobcats remain in Connecticut for their 2019 home opener when the LIU Brooklyn Blackbirds visit Hamden on Saturday, February 23 at 1:00 p.m.
