GAME LINKS
The Quinnipiac women's soccer team comes into Sunday flying high, most-recently finishing a thrilling 2-1 overtime come-from-behind victory over Bryant on Wednesday thanks to a stunning game-winner from Kelsey Goldring in the extra session. Up next is the most-anticipated non-conference match of the season as the Bobcats welcome Miami to the Quinnipiac Soccer Turf Complex this afternoon. A 10-win team a year ago, Miami advanced to the 2016 ACC Tournament where the Hurricanes fell to nationally-ranked Clemson in the quarterfinal round. Quinnipiac has never faced an ACC opponent and has played host to just one high-major conference program (Providence (BIG EAST) - three times, most recently in 2012).

TOP STORYLINES
- Quinnipiac's offense has been clicking on all cylinders throughout 2017, leading the MAAC in scoring offense at 2.00 goals per game (eight goals in four games)
- The source of that offensive production has come all over the lineup as four Bobcats (Nadya Gill, Al Pelletier, Madison Borowiec and Kelsey Goldring) have six points apiece (all have two goals and two assists)
- That six-point total for the four Bobcats has each tied with one another atop the MAAC scoring leaderboard. There is only one other player in the MAAC (Siena's Madison Vasquez – 4) who has at least four points as the four Bobcats are two points clear of the next-closest scoring leader in the conference
- No team in MAAC history has had more than two players ranked consecutively atop the conference scoring total leaderboard at the end of a season
- Quinnipiac comes into Sunday's contest riding an 11-game winning streak at home. The Bobcats finished their final season playing at the former QU Soccer Field with an unblemished 9-0 mark in 2016, capped by a MAAC quarterfinal victory over Canisius
- Combining that 9-0 record with a perfect 2-0 mark through two home matches in 2017 gives the Bobcats their second-longest home winning streak in program history (record 12 straight home wins between 2000-01 seasons). The last time Quinnipiac fell at home came via a 2-0 loss to Siena to end the 2015 season
- Since allowing six goals in the first two games combined, Quinnipiac's defense has fared much better over the last two contests, allowing just one goal in that span (2-0 record)
- The defensive effort shined in the come-from-behind win over Bryant, holding the Bulldogs without an attempted shot for the final 48:10 of play
- Goldring and Borowiec are both enjoying breakthrough seasons as each has six points so far in 2017. Goldring pumped in the Bryant overtime game-winner as she has been a major contributor on offense after redshirting the 2016 campaign. Borowiec dished out two assists in the win over Bryant, good enough for her first career multi-assist game, as she has already matched her entire scoring output from the 2016 season
