- Made five appearances in the outdoor season after not competing in the indoor campaign
- Grabbed back-to-back seventh place finishes in the 800m in the Charlotte 49er Classic (March 19-20) and the High Point VertKlasse Meeting (April 1-2)
- Placed third with a time of 2:16.16 in the 800m at the Catamount Classic (April 16-17)
- Barely missed out on a scoring mark in the 800m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), placing ninth in the prelims with a time of 2:17.74
- Scored as part of the 4x400m relay team at the SoCon Championships with a third place finish
- Named to the SoCon Honor Roll and the SoCon Outdoor All-Academic Team
- Finished first at the 2020 ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 10-11) in the 800m run with a time of 2:17.75 and was a member of the distance medley relay with a time 12:24.31
- Competed at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan 25) in the mile run with a time of 5:04.31, and was a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:11.89
- Grabbed her second gold of the season at the Buccaneer Track and Field Invitational (Jan 31-Feb 1) in the 800m run with a time of 2:15.33 and was a member of the distance medley relay with a time of 12:07.53
- Continued to best her season-high time in the 800m run at the Music City Challenge (Feb 14-15) with a 14th placed time of 2:12.50
- Scored at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 29-Mar 1) in the distance medley relay placing third with a time of 12:06.41 and placed fifth in the 800m run with a time of 2:12.50

- Earned a spot on the SoCon Spring All-Academic Team
- Competed in three indoor meets, saving her best for the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24), placing fourth in the distance medley relay and just missing out on the scoring in the 800m
- Set a personal best in the 1500m at the Tennessee Relays (April 11) with a time of 4:37.78
- Placed second at the 2019 Catamount Classic in the 800m just a day later with a time of 2:15.18
- Bested her 800m time at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships, scoring for the Bucs with a fifth place, 2:12.39 time
- Earned a spot on the SoCon Honor Roll
- SoCon Academic All-Conference selection in both indoor and outdoor seasons
- Competed in five indoor and seven outdoor meets as a true freshman
- Took part in three straight DMR wins to open her collegiate career before scoring a bronze finish at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships
- Finished third out of 68 runners in her first-career individual event with an 800m time of 2:16.85, the only freshman within the top 17
- Placed second of 47 at the Buccaneer Track and Field Invitational mile event, setting her PR in the process at 5:13.21, trailing only behind her teammate Colbie Williamson by 0.3 seconds
- Had top five finishes in every event during indoor season, including a fourth place 800m finish to score at the SoCon Indoor Championships with a pesrsonal best time of 2:12.82
- Set another personal best at the Raleigh Relays in outdoor season with a 4:37.86 time in the 1500m
- Scored four points at the SoCon Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:13.80 in the 800m finals
- Lettered for four years in cross country and track and field at Elizabethton High School
- Holds Elizabethton school records in cross country 5K, 1600m, 800m, 400m and DMR, all of which she recorded in 2017
- Cross country conference and regional champion in 2016
- Earned All-State honors in track in 2014, 2015 and 2016
- Placed 8th at the AAU Junior Olympics in the 800m in 2016 …personal bests include 20:11.9 in the 5K, :58.2 in the 400m, 2:16.5 in the 800m and 5:22.85 in the 1600m
