- MAAC All-Academic Team selection
- Appeared in 36 games, including 15 starts in the outfield
- Batted 2-for-2 with an RBI in the season opener against Central Michigan (2/17)
- Was 2-for-3 with an RBI at Canisius (4/30)
- Had an RBI single in a win over Bryant (3/10)
As a Junior in 2016:
- Named to the 2016 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Honored as an NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete
- Appeared in 37 games
- Scored nine runs in a role as a pinch-runner
- Singled and scored in a win over FDU (3/29)
As a Sophomore in 2015:
- Named to the 2015 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Appeared in 31 games for the Bobcats
- Recorded two hits in nine at bats
- Went one-for-one with a run scored against Colgate (3/15)
As a Freshman:
- Appeared in 29 games for the Bobcats and was a valuable pinch runner for Quinnipiac
- For the season swiped two bases and scored six runs,
Before Quinnipiac:
- Graduated from Cheshire High School in 2013 after lettering in softball for three seasons
- Honored as an Southern Connecticut Conference All-Academic student- athlete her final two seasons with Cheshire
- Helped lead her team to the playoffs in her three seasons at Cheshire including back-to-back appearances in the Second Round of the CIAC Class LL Softball Tournament in 2012 and 2013
- During her junior season in 2012, the No. 20 seeded Cheshire squad upset No. 13 Pomperaug, 3-1, to advance to the Second Round while in 2013, they defeated No. 22 Simsbury as an No.11 seed, 15-2 in the First Round
- Vitale scored a crucial run in their 2012 playoff victory over Pomperaug as the score was tied 1-1 in the seventh inning before two runs came in (one of which being Vitale scoring) to send Cheshire into the Second Round
- Vitale was one of the key members on a much improved Cheshire team in 2013 from 2012 as her team finished 15-5 in her senior season, a three-win improvement from a 12-8 squad in 2012
