- Was third in ECAC Hockey with 322 faceoff wins
- Won 10+ faceoffs in 16 of his 33 games, and won at least 50 percent of his faceoffs in 26 games

- Tallied his first point of the season with an assist in a 4-3 win vs. Maine (Oct. 19)

- Recorded his first collegiate point with an assist in the Bobcats season-opening 3-2 win at Vermont (Oct. 13)
- Netted the first two goals of his collegiate career with a two-goal effort in the home-opening 4-2 win vs. UConn (Oct. 16)
- Tallied a season-high three assists in a 4-2 win at Cornell (Nov. 16)
- Quinnipiac was 6-1-0 when Fällström scored a goal and 15-2-1 when he recorded a point

- Previously played for the Bloomington Thunder and Omaha Lancers in the USHL, and spent three seasons with Djurgardens IF in Sweden
