Before Quinnipiac:
- Dias joins Quinnipiac in the spring of 2015 as the program's first-ever gray shirt athlete, graduating high school half a year early to begin her career at Quinnipiac University
- Finished a highly decorated and versatile graduate of Hopedale High School in Massachusetts
- Two-time Dual Valley Conference (DVC) First Team All-Star

- Dias helped lead Hopedale to four DVC titles with an all-time record of 31-1 in four years of conference play as well as an overall record of 71-8-2
- Named 2014 DVC Most Valuable Player, leading her team with 25 goals and five assists
- Dias' strong play carried over into the postseason as she notched four goals and four assists in the 2014 postseason
- Finished as the leading scorer in both the quarterfinal and semifinal round, notching the game-winning goal in the semis
- Started as a defensive back in her freshman campaign and helped patrol a defensive line that allowed only four goals all season
- Moved to the midfield in her sophomore and junior seasons and progressed into an elite playmaker before taking over as the primary attacker in her senior campaign
- In her four-year career at Hopedale, Dias amassed 131 career points (51 goals, 29 assists)
- Played club field hockey at the Boston Field Hockey Club (BFHC) where she was selected to represent the team at the National Club Championships, the National Indoor Tournament and the last three USA Field Hockey Festivals
- As a Level 1 USA Field Hockey Futures athlete, Dias was selected to compete at the National Futures Championship the last two years
- Also excelled as an All Star tennis player at Hopedale
- Awarded Rookie of the Year in 2011
- Three-time All-DVC Player including an undefeated 2014 season that earned DVC Player of the Year and MVP honors
- Dias is only the second athlete to play for Quinnipiac from Hopedale High School with Former All-American, Addie Warren (Main) being the first and one of the charter members to the first-ever Quinnipiac field hockey team in 1995
