Bobcats Outscore New Hampshire 10-4 in Second Half
HAMDEN, Conn. – Abby Wise recorded a career-high 9 points (5 goals, 4 assists) on Saturday afternoon at the QU Lacrosse Stadium, defeating New Hampshire by the final score of 17-9.
Quinnipiac outscored UNH 10-4 in the second half of play to help clinch the victory.
Abby Wise's nine-point effort is the most for a Bobcat since 2011. Cate Bendowski, EllaGrace Delmond and Anna Givens all chipped in with four points.
The Bobcats move to 3-1 on the 2025 season with the victory.

- The Bobcats outshot UNH 35-27 in total.
- QU scored four of the first five goals of the contest, then finished the fourth quarter by scoring four of the final five goals.
- QU went 13-of-17 in clear attempts, while New Hampshire was 8-of-12 on the clear.
- Abby Wise's nine-point effort is the most for a Bobcat since 2011. She scored five goals – one in the first, two in the second quarter, and three in the third stanza.
- Mia Delmond had a hat trick in the win, giving her seven goals for the 2025 season. She also caused three turnovers.
- After three goals and one assist, Cate Bendowski now has a team-high 13 points through four games.
- EllaGrace Delmond is up to seven goals and four helpers this year.
- First-Year Anna Givens now has eight points following her four-point day vs. New Hampshire. Givens has scored a pair of goals in three of four contests to begin her collegiate career.
- Kendall Lee also scored twice, while Caelan O'Connor dished out an assist.
- First-Year goalie Shannon Alden made nine saves in the win. Alden has 38 saves over four contests.
- Sophia Coan tallied a team-best seven draw controls.
- Quinnipiac is back in action on Saturday, March 1, hosting Monmouth to continue the non-conference schedule in Hamden.
