Softball Loses Doubleheader to Rider on Senior Day

HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac softball team fell in both games of its season finale doubleheader versus Rider on Saturday afternoon.
After the game the Bobcats honored four seniors, Hannah Davis, Logan Angers, Gianna Palmisano, and Julia Woeste, as they will be graduating next week.
In game one the Bobcats fell behind early before a late comeback bid fell short, scoring three runs in the seventh inning. In game two, Rider took control early before adding three runs in the seventh.
The Bobcats will finish their season 20-25 and 9-15 in MAAC play.
