Consalvo Finishes First for Bobcats for First Time in 2018

JAMAICA PLAIN, Mass. – Tommy Consalvo (Brookfield, Connecticut) finished first for the Quinnipiac men's cross country team Friday afternoon as the Bobcats faced stiff competition from across the country in the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, hosted by Boston College.

Quinnipiac finished 23^rd out of the 23 teams, just edged out by New Hampshire and UMass Lowell for 21^st and 22^nd, respectively.

Consalvo finished first for the Bobcats for the first time this season
The Bobcats top four finishers remained the same from the first two races of the season but with a different finishing order
Freshman Jack Hilton cracked the top five for Quinnipiac for the first time in his career, improving his time on an 8K course by over two minutes from the Siena Invitational on Sept. 8
Quinnipiac competed in the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown for the first time since the race was created in 2013
