KINGSTON, R.I. - Junior Carly Timpson finished second in the high jump, tying her personal best at 1.7 meters, and third in the weight throw to highlight the Quinnipiac women's track and field team's performance at the University of Rhode Island's Sorlien Memorial Invitational on Saturday afternoon. Timpson tied for the highest jump in the field with Uloma Nwaolu of Brown, but officially finished second due to Nwaolu having a fewer number of attempts at 1.7 meters before clearing.
