Quinnipiac Athletics Unveils New Mobile App

"Bobcat Rewards" Now Available to Download on iOS/Android
HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac Athletic Department has released its new mobile app, which is officially available to the public as of Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2022.
The app – which is available on iOS and Android software – is available to Quinnipiac students, fans of the Bobcats, and any general public.
"We're really excited to be launching this new application," said Alex Goyette, Assistant Director/Marking & Fan Engagement. "QU Athletics is always looking for new ways to reward our loyal fans, and this app will allow us to continue to give back to Bobcat Nation."
"Bobcat Rewards" will allow fans to earn points for attending Quinnipiac events. Points can be used for a variety of rewards, including team-specific merchandise and unique experiences. Points are earned by opening the application at an event and "checking in" under the event module.
The first 100 students to reach 3,000 points in the app will earn a ticket to Men's Ice Hockey's home game vs. Yale (2/17/23).
Any awards earned from the "Bobcat Rewards" app can be claimed by scheduling a time with the Quinnipiac Athletics Marketing Staff (alexander.goyette@qu.edu). Fans can also claim prizes at select athletic events.

- Allows users to "check in" at events to earn points
- Allows users to enable notification reminders for specific events
- Awards unlocked by reaching a point/event threshold
- Points are not deducted by earning these rewards
- Prizes can be purchased using points
- Points are deducted when purchasing prizes
- Rewards to be added throughout the season
- Allows users to view/edit their profile
- Following login, users can add additional information to their profile to earn 25 points
- Allows users to stay up-to-date on all Quinnipiac Athletics results
- Allows users to view up-to-date rosters for Quinnipiac teams/learn more about QU student-athletes
- Allows users to see where they rank alongside other QU fans
- Allows users to vote on polls throughout the season
- Gives users a chance to control aspects of the game such as giveaways, game music, etc.
- Allows users to purchase tickets directly through the application
- Users can also view digital tickets within the app
- Allows users to support Quinnipiac Athletics by donating within the app.
