Bobcats Defeat Caldwell in Home Opener

HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac men's soccer team defeated Caldwell 3-1 at the Quinnipiac Soccer & Lacrosse Stadium this afternoon to pick up their first win of the season.
The Bobcats came out of the gate flying, with William Holum intercepting a pass back off the start and scoring just 50 seconds in. They added another in the 18th minute after Fredrik Moen found Sivert Ryssdalsnes at the top of the box and he fired it off the crossbar and in to make it 2-0.
Caldwell got back within one, scoring in the 57th minute but Drew Monteserin would add one more for ther Bobcats after receiving a pass from Sivert Ryssdalnes.
