MAAC Releases 2025-26 Women's Basketball Schedule

EDISON, N.J. – The MAAC women's basketball conference schedule for the upcoming 2025-26 season has been revealed, as announced by the league office on Monday, August 25th.
The Bobcats open their MAAC slate at home for the second straight season as they host the Manhattan Jaspers on December 19th. QU will then head to Marist (Dec. 21) for the first time since the 2022-23 season. The last time the Bobcats traveled to Poughkeepsie, the Bobcats defeated the Red Foxes 64-62 in an overtime thriller.
Quinnipiac will return from the holiday break on December 29th as they travel to Jersey City, New Jersey, to face the Saint Peter's Peacocks. Three days later, the Bobcats will ring in the new year as they welcome the Iona Gaels to Hamden on New Year's Day.
QU will head back on the road for two straight contests, at Rider (Jan. 3) and at Mount St. Mary's (Jan. 8), to continue their January stretch. The Bobcats will return to M&T Bank Arena on January 10th to host Sacred Heart. After a week break, Quinnipiac will return to action in Hamden against the Marist Red Foxes (Jan. 17) to close out the season series with them.
The Bobcats continue their conference schedule with a road bout in North Andover, Massachusetts, against Merrimack (Jan. 19). After a short trip, Tricia Fabbri and the Bobcats return to Hamden on January 22nd as they match up with Mount St. Mary's.

The Bobcats will open up the new month with a trip to Western New York, facing the Canisius Golden Griffins on February 5th and the Niagara Purple Eagles on February 7th. After Quinnipiac's longest road trip of the season, the Bobcats will face the Siena Saints (Feb. 12) and Fairfield Stags (Feb. 14) for the first home weekend of February.
After making a short trip to Sacred Heart (Feb. 21), Quinnipiac will close out the regular season hosting Niagara (Feb. 26) and Canisius (Feb. 28). The MAAC Championships, held at the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ, are scheduled for Thursday, March 5th to Monday, March 9th.
Tricia Fabbri, the all-time winningest coach in Quinnipiac women's basketball history, recently completed her 30th season as Head Coach at Quinnipiac. Fabbri enters the 2025-26 campaign with 544 career wins, ranking 19th among active Div. I head coaches.
