ORLANDO – Quinnipiac women's tennis began its trip to Florida with an impressive 7-0 victory on Friday, March 10 vs. Loyola Maryland.

The Bobcats took No. 2 and No. 3 doubles for the first point, then won all six singles matchups in the winning effort.

NOTES

The pairs of Jordan Bradley/Nikole Lisovyy & Claire Koscielski/Vera Sekerina each won their doubles matchup to help QU pick up the first point.
Claire Koscielski won from the No. 1 singles position, earning a 6-2, 7-6 victory over Tracey. She's won six of her last seven singles matches, and is up to 88 career wins for the Bobcats.
Alessia Truden battled to a convincing win (6-1, 6-0) from the No. 2 position.
Kamilla Nella won at No. 3 singles. Nella reaches 98 career wins with the victory.
Vera Sekerina downed Rico from the No. 4 singles spot, battling to a 7-6 (4), 6-3 victory. She's won each of her last four matches.
Jordan Bradley downed Shivkumar from the No. 5 spot.
Nikole Lisovyy cruised to a 6-1, 6-0 victory at No. 6 singles.
