QU Earns Comeback Win at Bryant

SMITHFIELD, RI – Quinnipiac women's tennis earned an impressive comeback road victory on Saturday, topping Bryant, 4-3, in non-conference action.

Senior Kamilla Nella won two matches. She teammed up with Alessia Truden to win at No. 2 doubles, then clinched the match for the Bocbats at No. 1 singles with a three-set victory.

The Bobcats trailed 3-1 through the doubles round and three singles matches. Claire Koscielski (No. 2 singles), Jordan Bradley (No. 3 singles) and Kamilla Nella (No. 1 singles) then picked up three consecutive singles points, securing the win for the Bobcats.

Kamilla Nella and Alessia Truden earned a victory at No. 2 doubles, winning 6-4.
Brittney Wilbur won in straight sets at No. 6 singles (6-1, 6-3). Wilbur last earned a singles win at Franklin Pierce on March 16.
Claire Koscielski won in straight sets (6-2, 6-3) from the No. 2 position. She's won three-straight singles matches.
Jordan Bradley battled to a three-set victory to tie the match (6-2, 2-6, 6-4) from the No. 3 spot. Bradley has two-straight singles wins.
Kamilla Nella clinched the 4-3 QU win with a No. 1 singles victory. She topped Bryant's Hickey 2-6, 6-4, 6-2. The win is the senior's third consecutive victory in singles play.
