
Bobcats Finish Ninth at MAAC Championships

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. — The Quinnipiac University men's cross country team placed ninth at the 2022 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Championships on Saturday morning.
Senior Cameron Starr led the Bobcats with a 51st-place finish, clocking in at 26:09.3. Kevin Carballo and Andrew Woodbine were the next two in line, finshing in 27:10.3 and 27:21.3, respectively.
The men finished tied on points with Fairfield at 254 for eighth spot, while Iona took home the title.
STATS AND NOTES
The NCAA Regionals are slated for Fri., Nov. 11 at Van Cortlandt Park.

- Sophomore Keegan Metcalfe improved 13 spots from his freshman year finish at the meet.
- Ohm Patel, Jacob Guarino and Benjamin Schwab all made their MAAC Championship debut at the meet.
