Bobcats Earn Two Wins During Final Day of Brown Invite

Hielke Moore, Axel Stern Each Win Singles Match

PROVIDENCE, RI – Hielke Moore and Axel Stern each earned a singles win for the Bobcats, as Quinnipiac men's tennis completed Day 3 of the Brown Invite in a duals match vs. Villanova on Sunday, Sept. 29.

NOTES:

Moore earned a three-set victory in No. 1 singles, winning the third set by the score of 10-7. The win is his second win of the season, as he also earned a match win during Day 1 of the Brown Invite.
Stern earned a singles match win for the second day in a row, giving him four total wins in 2019-20. The senior won two contests during the Bobcats opening weekend of the fall in the QU Invitational, earning a win in both a singles and doubles match.
