Head Coach John O'Connor: "We had five scores in the 70s, which is a really nice thing to encounter. We don't see that all the time. And easily these five scores could have been two or three strokes better on everybody's part. They really had to grind out these scores today, and I'm really proud of the way they hung in there and worked hard at it. All in all, it's been a good tournament to be in third place right now, and to be in the final pairing tomorrow with Seton Hall and Albany."
NOTES
Quinnipiac will play the second round of the Low Country Intercollegiate on Sunday.
